COREXIA / WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Web applications built around real work.

When users need to complete tasks rather than only read information, the website becomes a working application. We start with the actions, data and decisions it must support, then design the interface around them.

What can we build?

01

Tasks and user journeys

Map the main users and the work they need to finish: submit a request, approve a document, manage a booking or follow an order. Separate frequent tasks from occasional administration and define what completion means.

02

Accounts and permissions

Specify who can view, create, edit, approve and export each kind of record. Permissions must be enforced by the application, including direct requests, not only by hiding buttons in the interface. Define tenant boundaries if multiple companies share the platform.

03

Data and integrations

Model the records, states and rules before implementing screens. Identify existing systems, stable identifiers and the source of truth. Plan attachments, audit events, failed integrations and the handling of concurrent changes.

04

Usability and operating requirements

Agree supported browsers, responsive layouts, accessibility priorities and expected use. Define backups, monitoring, recovery and support responsibilities alongside the hosting arrangement. A fast prototype helps validate a workflow before a full build.

From requirements to rollout

01

Validate one core journey

Use a representative user and record to review the normal path, rejection, missing information and permission boundaries.

02

Develop in reviewable increments

Build the data model and core journey first, then add the agreed screens and integrations with regular demonstrations.

03

Release with acceptance evidence

Test end-to-end scenarios and unauthorized access. Review production configuration, migration and recovery before users move to the new application.

Questions to plan around

Is a web application the same as a company website?+

A company website primarily presents information. A web application supports recurring actions and saved data, such as a portal or operational system. Some projects combine both.

Can it be used on phones?+

Responsive browser use can be included in the requirements. A separate mobile app may be appropriate when device features, offline workflows or store distribution are central.

Can you extend an existing platform?+

We first review the code, deployment, data and interfaces. That assessment determines whether extension, incremental replacement or a new build is the suitable route.
